HOW IT WORKS

IOS VERSION

FIRST STEP

Keep the Smartcard there for a few seconds if the notification to open the

App or a Web page does not appear.

Let the smart card rest for a few seconds if the notification to open the app or a web page if you don't have the App

SECOND STEP

In case you don't have the App, clicking on the notification will open a web page from which it will be easy to save the contact in the phonebook.

  • CLICK ON THE LINK
  • CLICK ON DOWNLOAD CONTACT
  • SAVE THE CONTACT BY CLICKING ON "CREATE NEW CONTACT" AND THEN SAVE

IPhone 6 and earlier do not support the technology, so on smart cards there is a QR code that can be framed to download the contact in the phonebook.

COMPATIBILITY IOS

At this point, by raising the dropdown of the Control Center
you can select the NFC reader and bring your card close to the phone.



IPHONE XS AND FOLLOWING

Xs and later models read SmartCards without the need for an app to scan:

 

1)Hold the Card near the top of the phone.

 

2)Press on the notice that appears on the screen.

 

ANDROID VERSION

FIRST STEP

Slide the smart card onto the
bottom of your phone.
Let the smart card rest
for a few seconds if the
notification to open the app or a
web page if you don't have the app
App or a Web page does not appear.

SECOND STEP

In case you don't have the App,
clicking on the notification will open a web page
from which it will be easy to save the contact in the address book.

If some Android don't support the technology, on the back of the smart card there is a QR code that can be framed with the camera or with the QR reader to download the contact in the phonebook.



HOW TO START NFC

  1. Connections
  2. Settings
  3. Tap "NFC"
  4. Activate function

This process may be required more than once.
